Sparkling Dinner for 2 VIP Package
Package includes 2 tickets to Erica Jane's Sparkling dinner, Wednesday November 29th.
The dinner is the next in our series of monthly events featuring special dishes from Chef Chris Braun paired with a variety of wines from our local partners. The Sparkling Event will feature:
- 6 different stations featuring a different winery/vineyard and complimentary canapés/appetizers prepared by Chef Braun
- Each station will be hosted by that vineyard's winemaker, where they will be sampling some of their finest varietals and discussing them in depth for those interested in learning more
- The wineries are as follows:
- Fitzpatrick
- 50th PARALLEL
- Ex Nihilo
- Hester Creek
- Church & State
- Bench 1775
- Guests can choose to arrive at their leisure as the event will be open from 5pm until 11pm
