My story is just the same as every other average person trying to lose weight and gain muscle mass. I was overweight and out of shape. I was always an active athlete in sports, but when it came to the gym, I had no idea what to do. I had the drive, the passion and motivation, but I needed more tools in my toolbox in order to succeed at the fitness level I wanted to achieve. A change needed to happen, and it did. I changed my whole life, my habits, my way of thinking; I educated myself further….BOOM! Like with any hard work, dedication and patience, it was the key to my fitness success.
I have been training personally for over 9 years and a personal trainer for over 4 years. What keeps me motivated? Every day I see a better version of myself.
Today, I am able to pass on my knowledge and successful tools to other athletes who struggle to achieve their fitness goals as I did.
Why do I love training people? It’s my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to see the end results and overall health of my athletes. The health of my athletes is more important to me than a trophy in hand.
My goal with each and every one of my athletes is to give them the proper tools in order to succeed with their fitness goals. With my guidance and their commitment, I provide quality service with solid results over time, every time!
