Mom's Homemade Blueberry Pie

Malindi is a two time Olympian Canadian track and field athlete, and Okanagan Sports Hall of fame Inductee. She holds the Canadian Record in the Marathon, placed 9th at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, 17 years after making her Olympic debut in Athens 2004 running in the 1,500m. Born and raised in Kelowna she jumped at the chance to support COFB and set out to bake an award worthy blueberry pie with the help of her mom. Both of Malindi's parents are also long time volunteers at the food bank which makes her pie that much more special.
